😃 happy 😃 thanksgiving….

Stopping fast after 5 days…it’s a holiday…lol…and seems like less weight is coming off…burning fat however..still a win…really focused on the release of weight…more so then in past ..this time I’d go to cafertia….look at snacks…and walk away…leaving them…smiling as i did…

My sleep is off…woke up at 3am….

Hit 6.04 miles yesterday…but had heating pad on knees thru out the day…so might cut miles down to 5 miles for a week or 2…see if that helps…I enjoy my walking time…which…today is just another workout 🏋️‍♀️ day…

7days till weigh in time here…so….eat meals for couple of days and return to fasting is the plan…
