Happy 😃 happy 😃 early Wednesday…

Waking up at 230am….guess my body is recovered…and my heart ❤️ rate variable is increasing with all the strain each day..12210 steps..5.75 miles…plus upper body workout 🏋️‍♀️…my strain is usually 20.5…always overtrained…and yet ready to go again…

Day 4…. Just fasting along…and still having so much energy to burn….could it be the ☕️ yesterday….4 cups….lol…think I’m becoming a ☕️ addict…yesterday I used it to get more steps…it didn’t keep me from sleeping….as I go yo bed at same time every night….

I normally walk thru cafeteria each morning…as I walk just so everyone knows…I haven’t gone out in ambulance during the night…

Wow…what a morning rush I’m on…no ☕️ yet…waiting to weigh in…weigh in at 530 am…still 2 hours away…lol…

Wishing everyone a happy thanksgiving….don’t panic over the meal…pick an choose ..that’s what I do…

As always think positive…send out those positive vibes…
