Thinking of extending my fast today..just to get body to release the weight that I seem to be stuck with…And it’s been a few weeks since I’ve done more then an 18 hour fast….shock the body…as I move it like usual….all my steps are mainly done from wake up time to noon…after that….the recliner sucks me in…and farthest I walk is acrost room to bathroom…lol
