😃 brrrr…happy Saturday…..

30…wind chill of 24….. had to shut window as I got up this morning…..lol.l.hard frost…

Decided to experiment…Yeap that’s me…always changing the process that one gets into..no meat..no eggs..no fried food till after next blood test….had to turn down sausage at breakfast…and fried chicken at lunch….and yes I felt great for passing it by..an accomplishment….

Hitting almost 5 miles is getting easier….just keep adding steps on …as it feels good….
