Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…..

Cholesterol was high once again…have been taking fish oil..but guess setting my food menu up…and cutting the cholesterol is part of my lifestyle now..if I want to stay off statins…as my doctor keeps pushing..and I keep rejecting them….been listening to you tune vids on eating differently…definitively a challenging here with their daily menu of carbs and sugar…having ate more protein…it’s gonna be challenging….as I eat the same breakfast…I’m an egg person…guess it’s oatmeal…and yogurt…il figure it out as usual….

Rain in the forecast today….

Another day …another workout…really enjoy resistance band workouts…look forward to it each day….just like walking…

Well…almost 4am….bad night of sleep….
