Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thur….

Up early,,,,blood work…..get it over…move on…pourin water in..so they can hit a vein..plus gonna start workiout shopping to pop what they call veins….

Looking thru podcast for something to listen to…got Steven Harvey on at the moment…he found Amazon prime a few weeks ago…laughable…..

Been having to cut back on steps….hate that…but gotta listen yo the body….and I hate it…just not use to slowing workouts or walking down…couple weeks ago I ordered another set of resistance bands like I already have…setting up 2 sets…increase my upper workout…I like it…my body likes it…I went to sleep last night..without my melatonin….that’s good…

Well…need to move…
