Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday once again…..

My intentions were set yesterday …but my body wasn’t up to them…needed more time for my knees to recover…used all my tricks…pain pills…hear..ice..aquaphore….but they just needed more time to recover…something that for most is hard to so…when one has the drive…very hard to rest to mend….

Today …just another push day….push through…move this body…

Didn’t enjoy the sun yesterday…thought it was to cool…maybe today…enjoy it while I can…

Time to get up…things to do…get this day a rockin…

I know that feeling,went to the hip surgeon yesterday. Getting hip replacement in February,I'm excited ☺️ tired of being in pain everyday 🙏🏻. Happy Wednesday 🐪 day 😊
