Our Ladies Day was a success! We had so much food left over, but took it to the church and will have a fellowship meal after services tomorrow. The speaker at the meeting was very good, I really enjoyed all women there. I was in charge of the food, so was really busy. Got my exercise again today! I did eat some fresh fruit for breakfast, first fruit I've had for over 6 weeks. I abstained from the muffins, pasta, corn, and hot rolls. It was a successful day for me! BooYah!!

Sounds like an awesome time! Our ladies groups always have so much food. Women can be so generous and bring wonderful treats. Since I am watching what I eat I can't enjoy most of them, but I take a taste here and there. I'm good at controlling myself now. Good you got your exercise in, and great on the fruit! Keep up the good work! Your weight history looks awesome!
