Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

My whoop says I’m ready…my body says I’m tired….my alarm woke me up…why couldn’t today be the day they set time back…lol….instead it’s at midnight..pouring ☕️ into me….

Window open….51….cooler days are gone…nicer days are back….il take them…

Today is ride in zwift….wait and see how energy builds….

Sleep was great last night…100%…. My mind tells my body to push thru being tired..every second counts… ☕️ kicking in…lol….energy level just shot up…lol…

Well…almost time to break fast….
