Happy 😃 happy 😃…Thursday….

Another cold morning…not my favorite time of year…having spent most of it in Illinois…you would think I’d be adjusted by now…but I think time in California and Texas…spoiled me…lol…

I got to thinking about my strain always being so high in whoop…I went into profile…caught my weight up…ot was 30 pounds to much…see if that changes stats….

Ride in zwift today…give upper body some rest…

Just haven’t been sleeping my 100%…not sure why…but miss it..

Well..things to do… ☕️ to drink…lol…
