Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Another day of rain and cooler air…

Felt good to ride yesterday…guess I just needed time off the trainer….doing that as a day of recovery between upper body…seems to work…

Upper body today…and walking inside is the plan..doing a workout just makes my day seem complete…
