Happy 😃 😃…..Thursday….

I’ve decided colder air knockin on the 🚪….75 yesterday…55 today….more rain….and 34 tonight….brrrrr…..still sleeping with 🪟 open….however…..not sure about tonight….and each day towards Halloween 🎃…it only gets colder….the universe is trying to get me use to colder air…

Was listening to audiobook yesterday….get tired of podcasts and all the people selling their book…and now a days..everyone has a book deal…

Did upper body workouts yesterday..added some new ones in..right now..plan to ride…know more after breakfast…

First ☕️ gone…time to make another…lol…extra uuumphhh….
