Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

100% sleep….and still not recovered….but did 2 different workouts on upper body…and got 4 miles walking…and even took 2 hour nap…just checked to see if that synced with whoop…was thinking it would raise recovery…but it was there already…o well…another day..another workout….today a ride on trainer…less walking..an easier day to recover…

First ☕️…hasn’t hit me yet…slowly waking up today…body is still tired….probably another 2 hour nap in my future today..lol..actually I was listening to a you tube relax yesterday…and I did…

Good news..starting to wake up..bad news..gotta make a second ☕️…lol..il be moving when I sit down for breakfast…they always ask what I want to drink..I say water…lol..I’m already flyin…thank you…

Yeap..I’m awake…as I was making second ☕️….I was thinkin…ut oh….I probably don’t need a second one…but …to late….lol…mmmmm…so good…Yeap…Yeap…I’m awake and ready to put a smile on everyone’s face…lol…

Gotta tell this..I live on 2nd floor facing the parking lot…yesterday one of cnas had walked to her car and was walking back…I said…gooooood morning..lol…scared her…lol…pitch black parking lot with a couple of street lights on it….see…always puttin smiles on ther faces…lol…

Well….my caffeine buzz is wastin….gotta wake the staff up….
