Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

Watching the scale move up..eating more protein…and carbs..that I normally don’t eat..and at same time noticing arms are changing shape as well…shirts aren’t fitting the same….in the arms and shoulders…

Today is upper body day…and walking..

My recovery was down this morning…missed my 8 hours my 20 minutes….was ready to get up…not sure why..still dark here….but sipping ☕️…shaved face ..and knocked out 50 counter push ups already…do them..while water is running thru for ☕️….

Back to 2 meals a day..depending on lunch menu…I have been more laxed on the carbs lately….it’s carbs..or rabbit food…and you can only doctor up a salad so many ways..

The plan is to ride on trainer tomorrow…start splitting it up…get back into a riding routine…Tuesday ..Thursday..weekends…give upper body some rest…I’m not really into a routine yet…just whatever I feel like that day…

☕️ is gone..time to rock on…
