I knew Berber…and yet….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

When I started using the resistance bands…I should have recorded it..but didn’t…I started out doing the red band 50 …I’m guessing in April…over the months…have increased in resistance Wednesday…I was doing 70 in resistance..but noticed I was doing more reps…time to increase…yesterday..I took it to 80… yes it was hard to do 8 reps…in 2018…. When I had that bicycle wreck and tore my bicep muscle I lost all strength on my right side…I’m seeing improvements…might not be scale related..but I’m happy …

Waking up to 53….turned on furnace..just to warm room up…rained most of day yesterday…spent a lot of the day working out to keep from falling asleep…that kind of day…

Winter is crawling closer…not my favorite time of year…it’s pretty….but I’m a sun guy…been soaking it up as much as I can…usually an hour of sitting in the sun…listening to a podcast…learning as I soak up the sun….

Sun is coming up now..2 ☕️ later…lol…time is passing …time to start the day…
