Happy 😃 happy 😃 rain on the way…

Easy day yesterday…enjoyed the sun..but took walking off…took reservations bands off as well..guess I needed it…

Still doing the cold showers at night…just enjoy the benefits and the sleep…not that my sleep was bad…just falling to sleep faster….and sleeping longer before first p time….a harder sleep I feel like…

First of month..so decided to go back on protein mix…again experimenting…I usually gain when I use it…but figured….first of month…try and see again…

Ice cream social here yesterday….naturally I passed…I had chocolate cake at lunch….I don’t need more sugar…and the feeling of being tired…

Food here is great…but….it’s a daily challenge..and sometimes…I give in…and the scale didn’t care today…lol
