Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Same game plan,,different day…move move the body…keep the recliner vacant as long as possible…lol..so easy to sit down for too long…

2nd ☕️…having to do a lot of retrying this morning…eyes and keyboard not in sync…

Sister is close to coming home..everyday is an improvement over the day before…I’m thinking end of week…she might get released…

49 outside them open windows this morning…bit low 80s by afternoon…guess I need to enjoy more sub while I can…I think winter is creeping closer…not my favorite season…but have learned to adapt to it…it’s life…

Second ☕️…starting to kick in..get this day started with movement..counter pushups…or walking…just movement…

Been a while since I did longer then a omad…may snock the system…I seem to be stuck in the 250 range…time to mix it up….
