2nd ☕️… happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

50 outside….windows open…no wonder I wanted to stay under the covers….

Set my intentions of what I wanted to accomplish today…I’ve been sleeping better…well enough that I quite taking the melatonin to sleep…plus I been watching on you tube..living the van life….guess it relaxes me….full scream…

Plan today…same as always steps and upper body workout of some kind…trainer hasn’t been used in last 7 days or so….plus some sun time as well…

My shirt sleeves are getting tighter biceps are growing…good thing…seeing progress…

Well…2nd ☕️ gone..time to move…get workout started before breakfast….still in 19 hour fast…just what I’ve been doing …
