Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Rode 6 hour round trip to bring sister back to local hospital yesterday afternoon to swing bed and recover and therapy…nice that she’s closer….

I’m sippin ☕️ lookin for the umph…I’m tired….but it’s another day…gotta challenge the body…getting closer to 5 mile walking days,..along with upper body workouts…
