Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Almost said Wednesday….lol….been a fast week….

Sister back in town possibly Friday at local hospital for swing bed and therapy…

Lol….the dietitian was here yesterday…since my weight had changed…we had a talk…lol…I told her my plan to be healthy…and she brought up that she was told I fasted..a good thing…I think I surprised her at what I knew about electrolytes and all the other stuff…she ask what I was eating yesterday for lunch..I said salad..they was having fried chicken..mashed potatoes with gravy…ice cream…she told me I could skin the chicken..I said I don’t know what they cook it in…she said true…she got up..and went to next resident on her list..lol…may my day….

Well…almost coffee time…get my before breakfast workout in…start my day out right…

Ty…I’ve noticed to stay more consistent..setting my intentions the night before I fall asleep..and reviewing them the next morning as I drink my coffee…it’s easier to accomplish the routines…
