Woke at 207.4 this morning. Stuck in meetings all day long so not a lot of calorie burn. But came in the door at 206.4. Probably would get near a new low if I worked out tonight, but going to take a rest night. Up too late last night working and brought more work home tonight.

I started eating clean and working out this Monday after an ACL surgery in July, Sore muscles again feels good, reading your progress motivates me. Read your coconut oil with coffee comment and thats my morning routine now. Keep up the good work.
