Began my 'day' by taking Jason out for a post-midnight dinner at a local Applebee's in Norfolk. Only thing open. So I added an extra dinner there. Had a low cal steak dinner, but the wedge salad I had was more calories! :o Ate at Waffle House this morning before taking him to the airport, but resisted the waffles, bread, and hash browns and just had two eggs and some bacon. Had a spinach salad with avocado when I got home. So, not a disaster! Pretty bushed after driving eight hours on very little sleep, but hopped on the treadmill from 10:30 to midnight. Was rewarded with a nice 207.0 weigh in. The low carb/keto deal seems to be working out great.
