Happy 😃 happy 😃 rainy Saturday..

Took off from riding yesterday…it was tempting to get on several times..but I stayed off of trainer..just did upper body…was to hot to walk the halls yesterday even….air was working over time…heat index git 122…. But today..cooler they say..

Plan today…walk..and just an easy peddle time….left knee is recovering from a week of pushing the riding…last 2 mornings when I get up..having to hobble across floor until knee starts working…might even wear knee support today to help strengthen it…being injured…sucks….

Well….2nd cup almost gone…lol….
