Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

I’m sure 3 days of riding hills might also help….and then walking the halls….and doing upper body …if my upper body was an hour like my riding….but usually 20-30….I’m done…

Getting my ☕️in…..planning my day in my mind…breaking a short 40 hour sometimes fast 44 minutes…eat some eggs…then ride…burn them off…lol…

76 outside..but opened the window..needed some fresh air…when the sun isn’t out yet…

Well…coffee is gone…time to move….
