Happy 😃 Sunday…

Got my 8 last night…went by so quick…wasn’t ready to crawl outta bed…but was potty time…lol…first time I got up about midnight to turn air up..so it wasn’t 50 in room…lol.lyes I sleep so good..but it’s so cold…lol…

Another day of working a part of the body…more women here are stopping me as I walk in the hallways to tell me..they notice how much I’ve lost since I came here…I just tell them it was part of the plan…

One of the residents was transferred out Friday…it had beeb coming for a while…she just didn’t want to care for herself…wanted to be wheelchair Ed to meals..even though everyone knew she could walk…they took her to hospital…hospital called said there’s nothing wrong with her..she’s walking just fine out here…but here…she was trying to pull the wool…

Sippin my ☕️…thinking of what I plan to accomplish today…window is open..fresh morning air…

Remember the kid in home alone…that’s how my hair is before I comb it….lol….everyday is a bad hair day till the comb 🪮 makes me look beautiful again…lol….

Well…coffee is gone…time to get outta recliner..pump out some counter pushups…get them endorphins movin more…
