Overtired…..

😃 happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

Was over tired when I got in bed last night….and sleep was bad….and was up several times going to bathroom..just one of them nights….I was up before alarm went off today….but I did a lot of moving around yesterday…10 mile ride in Scotland..with 374 in elevation..plus upper body workout as well….and let’s not forget 3-4 miles walking..yes i overtrained…..but some days I don’t feel like I’ve done enough….

As far as fasting..I will continue to fast from time to time…fasting is beneficial to the body…as far as my cholesterol…I’m over that..I kno I’m healthy…for the workouts I do….case closed…

Today even though I’m lacking my 8 hours…just another workout day….plan to get a ride…and more of the counter pushups….they are getting easier to do…as is a lot of moves I let go by for years….

Ahhh…☕️so good….let the day start…lol..l
