Happy 😃 Wednesday 😃…

Stats for just waking up….with no ☕️ yet…lol…

Stayed busy yesterday even though I took off from riding…just wasn’t in riding mood…some days are like that…

Have teleconference with dr tomorrow…about cholesterol readings and fasting…I’m just pretty well over it …have readjusted and moved on…had even forgotten that nurse had faxed him…when all the cholesterol readings were higher the last time…his first move is statins..mine isn’t…I want a new blood test…and go from there…

I increased my resistance band yesterday…decided it was time to add more again…70 for pull downs..and over heads..might not be a lot for some..but not in competition with anyone..just a workout for me..something to add to making muscle burn fat….

10 more nimble…weigh in time…and make the ☕️ time…lol…I’m ready…sign me up…

Weight bounced back up…but it’s ok…I expected it to…after that big of a drop…

Well….countdown time..last few things to fo…
