Happy 😃 happy positive Sunday……

Charging my positive feelings….and passing it to others that need it…

Took yesterday off…body was tired..whoop was showing my recovery was in red at 30%….so..I worked upper body..biceps are sore..a good thing….

Plan to ride today…and get some walking in as well…

Getting close to ☕️ time..soon as I weigh in…
