Happy 😃 another rainy day Thursday…

What a night….at 1212am….loud thunderstorms woke me up…good thing…left a window open…had just barely rained in…not that bad…thunder..lightning…rain…lots of rain…was 2am..before I finally went back to bed..only to hear the cell 📱..flash flood alert…like about time…when I got up at 415…again..still raining…

Kept movin yesterday…beside the ride..also did 4-5 miles in steps…usually by 2 pm…I’m in recliner slowing down..getting into a relaxed state of mind…

Started playing wordscapes on iPad…challenging…something to keep the mind working as well…
