Happy 😃 rainy Wednesday..

Starting the day with rain looks like..we needed it im sure..and it’s one of those slow rains to..even better…

Walking before ☕️ didn’t last long…lol…

Nsv yesterday….I was walking out of lunch room..lady stops me…3 other lady’s sitting at her table…she says I know your always walking and you have that bicycle in your room..how much have you lost..it shows you have lost quite a bit….I thanked her..told her how much and that along with moving..I only eat once per day…all stuff they can see…then grabbed 2 apples…and walked the hallway to the stairs..her telling me it was noticeable helped me to realize that the way I see myself..isn’t always the way it is…usually a loss of weight in here means sickness…

Thinking of a weekend fast….starting after Friday lunch into Monday lunch…I just feel like a 2-3 day fast seems to benefit me…and is less hard to do…weight is still coming off..so I know I haven’t hit the wall yet….just trying to get to that number..so I can reset and move on…

The plan today..same as always….ride..walk…move it…
