Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Alarm on phone was buzzin in my ear this morning….I wasn’t ready to walk…and after getting up..and moving..right knee is puffy…I did slack yesterday at walking…but now that I move more..I get bored just sitting around…I walked 7/8 of a mile this morning before ☕️….wanted to see if it would work out…might be a zwift ride today…just to get a workout….


My friend harry…I’m so happy 😀…to hear that a lady here is working at the same place he was transferred to…thanks to the universe for allowing that to happen…when she left here..everyone hated to see her go..she had a aura around her…that drew you to her…always a smile on her face…always a positive mood…being ornery at times…lol…

Had to make cup #2… lol…tasted so good today…

Since I no longer eat breakfast….my main meal is lunch…so..doing a lot more walking and workouts in fasted mode…I weighed in before my walk…but forgot to weigh before I started on my coffee…duh….so be putting yesterday weight…

Lady fell here over weekend..broke her hip…she will be leaving for rehab..probably same place as harry…it’s several places in one…in same town as me..hoping to get over there…

Well….got bed hair today…letting my hair grow out after 2-3 years of cutting it all off….tired of looking like all the other men…lol…I kno…always going against the grain…that’s me…lol..
