Happy 😃 happy 😃 less sitting Thursday…

That was yesterday steps….so gotta beat it today…lol…1/4 of the way there already…if my body doesn’t want to sleep..like it should..might as well be moving instead of idling in recliner with iPad….

We are under heat advisory until sat night…was miserable yesterday…even though it was cloudy most of day…

Tossing around a rollator to use outside…inside I’m ok…but outside..I lose my security of balance ..and I think a lot of that is from my vision…if I felt more secure..I could be loggin miles outside once it’s cooler…I been thinking about this all summer…well every since I’ve started walking more…a lot of it mental..I don’t want to feel like I have to use it all the time…almost everyone here has one..a lot forget them and walk away…lol…on mine..I would be setting it up with the lights that I use to have on my carbon bike…flashing front and back lights..you could see for a mile away…and wonder what the heck…but now a days not about being seen…everyone is got a phone that’s got them distracted…shame on them…even when I use to ride I had to ride defensively….people running stop signs….or…was that me…as I was racing thru….

Well…☕️ is gone…my babbling is over…lol…

got me looking up rollator - thought you made it up. says it's for balance, not weight bearing. what about walking sticks? i bought pacer poles from the UK https://www.pacerpole.com/. the handles are horizontal, so they're very easy to hold.
