Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Watched this video yesterday…I could relate to it so well… https://youtu.be/7NLESC6VaJY ….not the longer fasting…but how food has been made to be so addictive….the part where he was at bbq…they tortured him…lol…but he survived….

Looking at calendar…thinking I can hit 240 by next weigh in doing only omad….not having for longer..maybe taking a fasting break….lol…I kno..omad is fasting..but it’s shorter then..48 or longer…right now I’m still on fence about it all….towards end of month I normally do a 5 day to get me where I want to be…guess it’s wait an see…lol..

Spent time in sun yesterday….been sleeping better at night…or feel like it…but waking up before 430am…thinking my body is making the time change early…

Been doing protein powder last week or so..trying to get protein up..since at same time keeping my cholesterol down…I miss my egg omelette..cheese..and meat…but for 90 days we will see….

Ut oh….☕️ is gone…hate that it was so good….sneezing a lot this morning…windows are closed…

Remember forest gump….a man lives here that sounds just like him when he talks….funny how we associate things huh….

Well….gonna have to plug the nose..it’s running now….lol..
