Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Clouds moving in for what’s suppose to be a rainy day…sipping my ☕️…thinking of my intentions of what’s in my plans today…already changed the bed..tomorrow’s laundry day pick up…try to get things ready day before…Thursday housekeeping comes in…but my apartment…stays pretty clean…I clean up as I go…

My friend that sits at my table in cafeteria ..suffered a mild heart attack Tuesday or Wednesday…he’s 86…of the 6 that were at the table when I got there..he’s the last one…I’ve watched them all pass away and leave the table…that’s why staying positive is a daily thing…it can always be worse….

I started eating less cholesterol in my food menu….just to see if it will make a 90 day difference….gotta tell you..oatmeal..instead of eggs…it’s not growing on me yet…I set my food menu to track cholesterol…it’s in…all the food I like..naturally…lol…always the way it works…so…have been adding..and taking away foods that show to high of cholesterol….it’s just a game…

Seems like every thing in life anymore is just a game…

Ty lady…I think he survived the attack…but hasn’t been released from hospital yet…
