Happy 😃 happy 😃 fantastic Wednesday….

Everyday is both a positive and a fantastic day…regardless of the outcome later…why not start out in that frame of mind…

Sippin my ☕️….thoughts of what I want to accomplish this morning…my first 8 hours..after that..it’s usually me time…

Weight is up…o well…part of the pang of life..accept it..move on..

Got 2 minutes over my needed 8 hours…lol…

I did tide yesterday….just 5 miles or so…got that done before they were back to work on wifi…it’s better then it was…but….lol…can’t complain to much..it’s free…don’t use it except when I mirror my iPad to tv..when I use zwift..

Well…I feel like time is moving on..probably the ☕️…lol…
