Happy 😃 rainy Monday ….

All kinds of energy yesterday….was on a 48 hour fast….after my floor expedition..to see if I could get on floor and back up on my own..I rode on zwift for an hour doing a hill of course…lol…climbed the hill…but didn’t finish the course….

Breaking fast at 715… breakfast time…I feel like I lose more on shorter fasts….or maybe I hate breaking what seems to work so well for me and so many….

Sipping ☕️….thinking what’s in my future today…might get on floor..would like to make that an easier task…now that I have a plan for getting up…

Not sure what the day holds..but I’m sure it won’t be a recliner day…lol…lest not till after lunch time and my first 8 hours…my full of energy hours…

Well….☕️is gone….might have yo have another…lol…o boy….
