Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Rain on the way…so it says…we need some…been hot and humid here…

Scales are trying to calm down and find a number that they can live with to start the journey back Down..part of fasting and eating…and weighing in every day…

The rain is here….downpour….black clouds…lots of rain ….to much e at one time….seems that’s all the rain know anymore….guess weather man was right for a change…lol

Well…coffee is mmmmm…..glad I have a trainer inside….to ride…rain or shine..
