Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

Yes Scotland..yes a hill…but not as bad….with a longer ride…over 1000 miles behind what I normally have by this time of year…since I didn’t ride first 5 months this year…but guess my body needed that time off….whoop says I’m recovered and ready to push it again today….

Getting close to that 7 day fast…was thinking about it last night as I went to sleep…riding may slow down..depending on how my body feels each day…but then again..when I’m fasting for several days..I have even more energy…energized bunny…

Window open..sipping my ☕️…enjoying the coolness before the humidity starts again today…had thunderstorms again last night before bed….the cooler air right as I was laying down..slept great…

Plan to ride a flatter course today….mind…hint hint….want to get more miles in…start building up weekly miles to 60 or so….the more the better…but on hill days…there are days…5 Nile’s is a workout…I let the body decide when the workout is over…

That way…your not so tired..you can’t workout the next day…I use to have to take days off…I hated taking days off..but if you workout with changing up routine…so body doesn’t fall into same routine..you can ride more days..my body will tell me when it needs a day off…long before whoop does…lol…

Ut oh…coffee is gone…but journal is done…
