Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Ride in Scotland yesterday in zwift….3 hills…545 in elevation…took over an hour to do 5.31 miles…I had rubber legs at end of ride…but accomplished the ride…flat roads are nice…but hills make you stronger….I ran out of gears going up the hills and ran outta gears going down them….and as always when going down..hated to see the next hill in front of me…but I survived..to ride today….lol

My weight is starting to come down again..after eating to many carbs Monday…along with all the tomato sauce on the lasagna spinach wrap…back to just eating one meal..and eating fruit in the afternoon if I need it…

Got ☕️ going…yes I added water this morning….ahhhh…first sip…so good…

Got up last night to p..seen one cluster of fireworks in sky,,went back to sleep…gotta have that recovery time…lol..another ride today..but not sure on what course..I know it’s not climbing those hills from yesterday….not 2 days in a row…

Well…gonna sip ☕️….play some raid before breakfast…gotta weigh in…
