Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Rode yesterday..in zwift…8.2 miles in France…nothing compares to riding outside…zwift is nice that I can still ride…but…it is what it is…

Watched a video on you tube yesterday…that countries will pay you to move there…cause of population decline..it was interesting…but I’m to old to meet there requirements….naturally….lol

Have window open..can’t breathe…duh me….but just miss that morning air…when it’s so fresh…you can smell the different smells and kno what they are…even the local bakery…or the greasy mom an pop coffee house…

Drank my water yesterday’….emptied my bladder…weighed in…of course….eating less…means less waste …

Been eating more pears and apples…when I’m looking for something to snack on…got an apple slicer…but is universal on pears as well…might even work on oranges…but messier…lol..when you push down on them…

Well….coffee just taste so good this morning….must have picked the right pod…lol…
