Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Thunderstorms again….yesterday and last night…I slept great…lol..what I listened to… https://youtu.be/QtnXCQLYcnA …..rain falling all night…in my ears….lol…

Yesterday while I was riding in zwift..fire alarm went off….lady was cooking bacon in microwave,..bet that will be last time…lol…one time guy washed his wallet in laundry….he tried to dry the contents in microwave…..lol

Rode 8 miles yesterday…2 -4 milers…a short rest while waiting on the all clear…

Plan today…ride…work on biceps…upper arms…and watch it rain…lol…first we needed it…now it won’t shut off…

Sipping my ☕️….weight going up…but knowing that’s part of getting off fasting…had eggs and jalapeño pepper yesterday’…then rabbit food at lunch…tasted good for a change…along with hot sauce and the pepper…not sure what lunch menu is for today yet…I also didn’t drink all my water yesterday…

Well…coffee is gone….end of the journal….

Have a fantastic positive day…my tummy is talking…more coffee…lol..
