Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

Had thunderstorms after I went to bed last night…more today…window are closed..and my sinuses are a lot better….

Plan to get a ride in after breakfast….

Going to break fast at breakfast…was watching something about play based eating…although I don’t eat a lot of meat…would be easy to pass it by….just be more rabbit food on days they had near and mashed potatoes…lol….

☕️ is good…I gave 3 of the plastic containers to the receptionist..here yesterday…so she could try the coffee out in her pot….always converting someone..lol…up yo them after that…

They had as outside event yesterday for residents…but had to bring it inside…96… heat index 109….even a dunking booth with administrator in it..to hoy for me…but they did have a great turn out for it….

Ut oh……coffee is gone..end of journal….lol….
