Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

Rain all around us…but not here….

Rode 7 miles yesterday…was gonna. Limb a big hill..but at 7 miles..I thought not today..lol…plus worked upper body…not eating breakfast..i javelin extra time..lol…make it count…

Sipping my ☕️….whoop is changing on my wrist…one of benefits to it,,,,really best part of what I like about it over most of them…have a fitbit that have to take off to charge…hate that…

Starting 48 hours of this fast….usually at end of month…I start later…but ….just means a longer fasting …this time..building up for a longer one in July…lol…

Got weather alert…brief shower….we need more then that…


Well…coffee is gone…..sure tasted mmmm….might have to enjoy a second one…lol

YOU ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB!!! 👏👏👏 Really looking forward to our planned fast July 9 to get some autrophagy in!!! I REALLY want to limit lose skin as much as possible, among other things! I read that autrophagy starts a little quicker when one is already in ketosis & a little occurs even while just in ketosis. Lady & I are going to do a short 48 hour fast starting Sunday after dinner. 🙂

Cool….I’d rather fast then eat..just for all the benefits….but it’s also good to eat from time to time…all the cna here kno um fasting….till…lol…4 or 5fh…will break and eat for a few days….then return to my happy place…lol…

I know that's right, WBH! Even though I am on the heavy side, I'm probably a little malnourished because I lived on junk before. So, trying to balance things out a little. 🙂

When I first started eating less processed food..more of a keto lifestyle…that helped me get off a lot of the junk food….it’s hard changing lifestyles…when it’s been a habit for so long…but….change gradually…and it’s not like you can’t enjoy something your body thinks it’s gotta have..it’s ok…next meal is a new start over…it’s ok..we all been there….don’t beat yourself up over it….it’s a learning process…
