Happy 😃 happy 😃 middle of the week…

Sipping my ☕️….windows open..for the time being…listening to the happy birds 🦅…they would be happier..if we had some rain…as would the 👩‍🌾…fields are dry in this area….

Today is senior day..they have biscuits and gravy for the town and residents…not my food of choice..so…started a new fast after breakfast yesterday…lool…had planned one as it’s the end of the month…want to hit certain numbers by July 4… weigh in day here….

Finished the frozen half of a blizzard yesterday..then noticed that a medium cup was getting close to what use to be a small one…just needed one for a change…and eating it like I did..didn’t seem to hurt my progress…

Foggy here this morning…air quality has been bad since yesterday to….might have to shut windows before I want to…thought the morning air would be nice…

Soon as I hit my mini goal…then will reset…and hit next mini goal..easier to hit goals that way..

Listening to a podcast about nad this morning..something you lose as you age….always listening to a podcast…to learn something…

Well…my ☕️ is almost gone…already weighed in..
