Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Finished a competition yesterday I wasn’t sure I had that many miles for the month…since I’ve just started riding again….another hill ride…4. Something miles…30 minutes or so..wasn’t really in the mood…but wanted to get my ride in for the day…

Sipping my ☕️….got window open..enjoying the cool morning air…before I have to shut it once again…Thursday back into the 100s….so uncomfortable….

Well…weighed in..having dq yesterday wasn’t a down fall yesterday’…however half of it is in freezer…slows down the eating process…lol…
