Happy 😃 happy 😃 rainy Monday….

Picture below hack to eye mask I got from Amazon I use…to help me get my 8 hours of sleep..headphones are inside by where the ears are…..I find the relaxing loops of music on you tube..8-10 hour loops…I’d anyone sleeps in a noisy neighborhood…lol…I have a noisy 86 year old in next apartment…these help a lot…

Sipping my ☕️….eyes starting to soon in my head….plan to ride in zwift after breakfast…get some leg exercise…just to limber them up…it’s true…you can lose weight and not exercise..however….exercise strengthens your muscles…that need that stimulation….we are a walking pharmacy….

Well….need to get dressed and ready for a new day….
