Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Rain on the way..they say..knees are puffy..did upper body yesterday…wish I was committed to that like I am to my sleep….

Sipping my ☕️….smiling to myself for the weight loss…as I see it coming off…I think…so easy to lose…so many distractions…and they want you sick…..enough said on that…

The start to a new day….72 hours almost…trying to decide if I’m having breakfast…or skipping..lol…decisions…hungry…no…but thinking …been doing 4-3 on meals….4 days of omad…3 days of fasting…and except for people I see if I’m plating pool or walking…they haven’t seen me since Thursday breakfast…lol…

So..might eat breakfast…or some protein…

I had a dietician tell me…6 meals a day….needless to say…I didn’t listen..or ever use her again…
