Woke at 213.2. Still not feeling great from last night. Problem is probably the bloating and fullness. The usual solutions will apply. Targeting 1959 calories today. Official weigh in is tonight, so I have a lot of work to do to approach my 205.4 from three days ago. UPDATE: Actually had to come home from work. Had a 24-hour bug or something. Weighed 212.6 coming in the door and then 212.0 after a five-hour nap. Ate super clean and light (fruits, etc) and went back to bed so missed my weigh in. I'll do that Friday night. It's 2am on Friday morning and I feel much better. I've been staying pretty much right on my calories and the only blip I see to take me from 205 to 212 over three days is the piece of birthday cake I had the other day. I may very well have NO tolerance for sugar.
