Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Finally had rain yesterday…a downpour at that..but lest we has rain…

Beginning to think a lot of my issues are weather related…knees…shoulder blades…have choipractor appointment this morning…not a lot of pain…almost feel like a waste of time…but will go…

Ride later hopefully…get a workout in…not that I need it to keep the weight coming off…just sitting around burns calories as well…but I enjoy the movement on the bike…

As the weight comes off…I’m amazed at the numbers I see each morning…I was laying in bed this morning drawing with my finger what I wanted to see on the scale…lol…I was off by .1…. I was going for 257.5…. It read..257.4 …lol…

Listened to tony robbins this morning ….. https://youtu.be/Q0r-NuBShvY …he talked about new medical things happening in our life time…heard it before….but interesting…

Well…coffee is gone…lol…time to get up and dress…get ready for breakfast….then appointment…
