Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

Seems like the days of the week pass more quickly…or is it just me…June is passing by….

48 hours of a 72 or longer water fast….haven’t rode since Thursday…knee is puffy…no sure why…just been taking it easy…the right thing to do when fasting…even though I’ve beeb known to push a workout while on a fast…lo”….yesterday was spent soaking up sun..felt so good and playing raid shadow legends….I like it cause you can hit play and walk away…lol….come back and start it on something else…

Ahhhh…first cup of ☕️….53 this morning…another cool morning…been staying in bed till 5am….no reason to get up any sooner…just more hours awake…

In a month I have a checkup with dr….when he walks in room…I want to see him say..wow Mike….usually a dr is scolding me for not listening…lol…my dr said to me last time move more..eat less….I found a tshirt that says that…lol….fasting has taught me…food is no longer a habit of eating….like so many things in our life’s…we have been programmed to do…at a certain time…or in a certain way….

Well….coffee is disappointing…lol…and raid is calling my name ….and I feel like doing another happy dance to celebrate another loss…sometimes it’s hard to believe you can lose weight..by sitting and doing nothing…but the movement is to keep you strong….
